Ordered this dress and necklace 3 weeks ago. Haven't heard anything about the status of order

Hello, yes. The dress states PRE ORDER and was due on November 30th. We spoke with our production company factory yesterday and they pushed back the date to January 12th. Unfortunately, we have no control over the production team. They have issues with getting the exact proper fabrics through customs sometimes. We really don't know what the exact hold up is but unfortunately this does happen not often but it does. We were just informed yesterday Friday December 2nd and our intention is to call all customers regarding this on this coming Monday December 5th. Would you like to cancel with full refund of course, wait or another dress? Thanks for your patience and understanding. Please advise.
