Exchange Store Credit Only
How do I do an exchange?

We are here to help make sure you get the right product and the right size with the quality you desire and deserve. 


Only cancellations before we ship your order will receive a full refund. We strive to ship all orders the same day or the very next day after the order is placed. Acknowledgement of your order will be immediately sent via email once you complete your order online. Should you change your mind or choose to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at and we will respond to your request with promptness to insure that the cancelled order does not ship and is fully refunded. Once your order has been shipped, we can provide store credit or exchange only.


Exchanges should be mailed back to Social Butterfly Collection at 8544 West Bellfort, Suite 220 Houston, Texas 77071.
We recommend using the US Postal Service as the most economical means of shipping exchanges back to us.

You must include $6.00 (per item for exchange) in the form of Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Personal Check.




We must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order of your intention to return it for store credit or exchange. We must receive your request for store credit, exchanges and cancellations in writing via email. Please email us at socialbutterflysydne@me .com

PLEASE INCLUDE A SMALL NOTE WHEN YOU SHIP BACK YOUR ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. Tell us your name and what we can ship you back in return. Please include name, size and color of exchange item.

If you choose to get a store credit, then we will email you an online coupon code in the amount of the item/items you returned plus sales taxes. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable or eligible for store credit. Your store credit is issued in the form of a online coupon code and does not expire until it is actually used online by you. Your store credit in the form of a coupon code will be issued once the returned item/items are received in satisfactory condition. We will notify you via email the amount of your store credit and what your personal coupon code will be. You can use your store credit/coupon code at your convenience at anytime day or night online. Also, we will gladly help you via phone order or phone help to process your order or store credit.

We will contact you immediately if there is a delay or if the item you ordered is out of stock. We rarely have problems with out of stock items but in the event that we do, we will contact you and give you the option to either wait for the item or to receive a full refund since the item was out of stock and could not be delivered in a timely manner.

Please read and re-read our return for exchange or store credit only policy carefully as our policy will be strictly enforced. Should you choose to return or cancel your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand our exchange or store credit only policy as written and stated.

Please rest assured that each item shipped from our warehouse is lovingly inspected for defects, flaws and /or damages.

Unfortunately, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS cannot be returned for exchange nor store credit.

For clients or customers who live in the Houston area, we do have a pick up option. All pick ups and drop offs for exchanges will be handle via our pick up center. The Pick Up center is the WEST BELLFORT POSTAL CENTER located at 8544 W. Bellfort, Houston, Texas 77071. The pick up center is open Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. When you place your order, you would select the pick up option and your order will be sent from our warehouse to the pick up center. If you need to do an exchange then contact us and we will make arrangements to deliver your exchange items to the pick up center. You can drop off the old package for the new pick up exchange package at the same time. Please contact Sydne via text, email or calls to arrange exchange options. There is no fee for pick ups or drop offs of exchanges. Pick up is free!
