BECAUSE OUR RETURN POLICY IS STORE CREDIT ONLY, we would like to give you a few tips to help make your online shopping experience with us a positive buying commitment.
1. Try on your outfit with heels, spanxs or shape-wear.
2. Think about alterations for a perfect fit & length.
3. Imagine your hair done, make up & accessories.
4. Proper color undergarment can make a difference.
5. Alterations help give you that tailored look just for you.
6. Alterations can save the day and make an outfit work.
7. Alterations is cheaper than shipping back to us sometimes.
8. Give yourself enough time to have outfit pressed or steamed. Time to put in cleaners. Arrives wrinkled.
9. Find yourself a good Seamtress. Be ready.
10. Pressing is done after alterations as a courtesy.
11. Give yourself enough time if you need by a certain date.
12. Ask us for help. We can guide you.
13. Read the descriptions on the website.
14. Go up a size if you don't like fitted fitted.
15. Ask yourself? Church Fit or Party Fit Wanted? Our outfits do not run small but some are form fitted. So, you will need to go up a size if you want more of a church friendly look and less fitted, less body-con. Not tight fitted but a tailored fitted.
16. If you are top heavy, get it to fit top and then get the bottom taken in. If you are bottom heavy, get it to fit the bottom then get the top part taken in.
17. We know that it is not easy shopping online but PREPARATION plus an outfit you really like and desire can make a show stopping, jaw dropping entrance for you and your next special occasion.
STORE CREDIT INSTRUCTIONS
Returns for store credit should be mailed back to Social Butterfly Collection at 8544 West Bellfort, Houston, Texas 77071. We recommend using the US Postal Service is the most economical means of shipping your returns back to us. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPMENT PAYMENTS. We allow 15 DAYS for you to send your return back to us for store credit. 15 DAYS after you receive your order. After 15 Days, your order is no longer eligible for Store Credit.
We will email you an online Discount Code to use as your Store Credit in the amount of the item/items you returned plus sales taxes if applicable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable or eligible for store credit. Your store credit is issued in the form of an online discount coupon code and does not expire until it is actually used online by you. Your store credit in the form of a discount code will be issued once the returned item/items are received in satisfactory condition. We will notify you via email the amount of your store credit and what your personal discount code will be. You can use your store credit/discount code at your convenience at anytime day or night online. Also, we will gladly help you via phone if your order was a phone order. WE DO NOT PROCESS EXCHANGES. ALL RETURNS ARE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT THAT MUST BE PROCESSED ONLINE. Basically, you will enter you code at the end of checkout and the amount of your store credit will be deducted from your next order. If you are needing your items by a certain date, please allow yourself enough time for processing orders, returns and store credits.
Only cancellations before we ship your order will receive a full refund. We strive to ship all orders the same day or the very next day after the order is placed. Acknowledgement of your order will be immediately sent via email once you complete your order online. Should you change your mind or choose to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your request with promptness to insure that the cancelled order does not ship and is fully refunded. Once your order has been shipped, we can provide STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We collect our mail every Thursday to be processed and ALL Store Credit Codes are texted to customers on Friday’s. If your return arrives after we pick up our mail on Thursday’s then it will not be processed until the following Thursday.
We will contact you immediately if there is a delay or if the item you ordered is out of stock. We rarely have problems with out of stock items but in the event that we do, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Please read and re-read our return for store credit only policy carefully as our policy will be strictly enforced. Should you choose to return or cancel your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand our store credit only policy as written and stated.
Please rest assured that each item shipped from our warehouse is lovingly inspected for defects, flaws and /or damages.
