Black Parachute Ruffle Detail Drawstring Pants. Front button and zip closure. Fits true to size. Waistband is elastic stretch all the way around.  Fabric does have some stretch not much but some. Legs of the pants are wide and long. If you want a tighter fit then go for your smaller size. For example, I can wear both the medium and large. The medium is tighter and more fitted on my hips and thighs but I prefer a loose fit and the large for me works best for the look and feel that I like. Fabric is soft parachute material. Pants are super long but you have to use the drawstring to make them shorter and draw up.
